About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Student Support Specialist to join our Business Applications team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our business applications, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to our business applications, resolving incidents and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality support, while continuously improving processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our business applications, staying up-to-date with new features and technologies.
  • Contribute to the development of support documentation, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information for future reference.

Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited post-secondary program, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong planning, prioritizing, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
