Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Design Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project creation, workflow, and schedules, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine project scope and deadlines, working closely with internal clients and the Design Team to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Schedule, monitor, and manage workflow, maintaining a proactive and organized approach to meet commitments and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the Design Team to adjust schedules as needed, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Forecast costs and maintain the production database, tracking expenses and managing financial resources effectively.
  • Maintain relationships with freelancers and vendors, ordering materials and publications inventory as required.
  • Manage quality assurance and facilitate corrections, ensuring visual consistency and quality throughout all projects.
  • Track expenses and input invoicing into the production database, providing accurate and timely financial information.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in project management, preferably in a design-related field.
  • Proficiency in Macintosh environment and familiarity with Apple's OSX operating system.
  • Understanding of mainstream graphic design software, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage your own work flow/deadlines.
  • Exceptional time-management skills and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and commitments.
