About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at INNOVO COURIER SERVICES. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Document Management: Maintain and update files, both physical and digital, and ensure that all documents are accurately and securely stored.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors, both verbally and in writing.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain the overall appearance and organization of the office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, working 30 to 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and will have excellent time management skills.
