Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $63.40 per hour based on 7.5 hours of work per day, five days a week. Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Informatics Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will participate in the ongoing operations and projects related to clinical aspects in ICT (Information & Communications Technology). Key responsibilities include organizing and updating training materials, becoming familiar with core applications and technical environments, and providing backup support for other team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Clinical degree or diploma, health informatics degree, or equivalent education/work experience
- A minimum 5 years' experience in a clinical role in a healthcare environment
- Sound knowledge of Meditech Expanse is an asset
- Previous experience with MEDITECH upgrades, software installations, and system rebuilds is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office product line, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint, and Project
- Excellent communication, business analysis, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of interface engines and scripting applications is an asset
PMP (Project Management Professional) designation is an asset. Previous experience training adult computer users with positive outcomes is also desirable.

This position is available at multiple site locations in Oakville, Milton, and Georgetown.
