At Bayshore HealthCare, we are committed to providing high-quality patient care. As a Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering and monitoring specialized infusion, injectable or oral pharmacological treatments in the home and/or clinic setting.
The ideal candidate will have graduated from an accredited nursing education program with a BSN degree or equivalent, and be currently registered and in good standing with the provincial nursing regulatory body. Experience in acute care and/or administering specialty pharmaceuticals is preferred, along with critical care experience in ER or ICU, infusion clinic, or oncology.
You will work independently to develop and review nursing care plans tailored to each patient's needs, conduct health assessments, medication administration teaching, and prepare and administer various intravenous or injectable pharmacological treatments. You will also provide patient-centered care according to established care plans or medical directives.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
