About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 0957016BC LTD. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparers and counter attendants.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant data.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records.
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and ensure that food is prepared and presented to a high standard.
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
    • Physically demanding work.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Client focus and excellent oral communication skills.
    • Efficient interpersonal skills and flexibility.
    • Team player with a positive attitude.
