Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Insurance car rental. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including tasks such as mail distribution, policy implementation, and data compilation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including mail distribution and data compilation
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings and seminars
  • Manage contracts and maintain inventory of office supplies
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data and statistics for reporting purposes
  • Advise senior management on administrative matters
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent position with 30 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
