Job Summary:

This role is centered on guiding the customer service team to strengthen the company's customer service and sales efforts. As a key liaison between customers and the organization, this position serves as the core support hub within MT Talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee coverage for inboxes and phone lines.
  • Address issues escalated by the team, including personnel, service, and order-related matters.
  • Communicate updates to the team regarding products, policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Assist with managing backlog, items shipped but not invoiced, and open orders.
  • Support the new hire onboarding process.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for direct reports.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required (post-secondary education is preferred).
  • Great communication skills in English and French.
  • Strong team player and communicator.
  • Candidate centric.
  • B2B experience.
  • 2+ years in a supervisor role.
