**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor of Commerce degree, Business Administration diploma or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 5-8+ years of contracts management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Contracts administration experience is required, with a strong understanding of commercial laws and industry regulations.
  • Knowledge of Canadian government or standard industry terms and conditions is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Effective planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
