We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our team at Zanchin Automotive Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling vehicles and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Sell vehicles to achieve volume and gross profit targets
- Act as the liaison between the dealership and the customer during the vehicle purchasing process
- Create and deliver compelling sales pitches
- Listen to customers to understand their vehicle needs and wants
- Present and describe vehicle specifications, features, benefits, and pricing
- Perform vehicle road test-drives with customers to demonstrate the vehicles
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a successful sales professional, preferably in the automotive industry
- Experience in customer service and the ability to have meaningful conversations
- Proficiency in working with ERP systems (e.g. CDK/Reynolds) and Customer Relationship Management Systems (e.g. OneEighty, DealerTrack)
- OMVIC license in good standing and a valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract
- Ability to perform basic math calculations and adapt to a changing environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and professionalism
