Maple Hyundai, part of Zanchin Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our team.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling vehicles and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary goal will be to achieve volume and gross profit targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
About the Opportunity
- Sell vehicles and meet or exceed sales targets
- Act as the liaison between the dealership and the customer during the vehicle purchasing process
- Create and deliver compelling sales pitches
- Listen to customers to understand their vehicle needs and wants
- Present and describe vehicle specifications, features, benefits, and pricing
- Perform vehicle road test-drives with customers
About You
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a successful sales professional, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to have meaningful conversations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., CDK/Reynolds) and Customer Relationship Management Systems (e.g., OneEighty, DealerTrack)
- OMVIC license in good standing and a clean driver's abstract
- Ability to perform basic math calculations and adapt to a changing environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
