Platform Manager, Content Creation and Community Development

Job Summary:

Catholic Christian Outreach is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Platform Manager to lead the development and growth of our online platform. As the leading voice in the creation of the CCO Platform, you will be responsible for managing content, communities, and leading the continued innovation needed to meet the demand for our materials and methodologies around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to create and manage high-quality content for the platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our global audience.
  • Lead the growth and development of our online communities, fostering engagement and building a strong sense of community among our users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize platform development needs, ensuring timely and effective delivery of new features and enhancements.
  • Manage and maintain the platform's technical infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team within the Formation department, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to achieve platform goals.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery of platform initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze platform metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions to drive growth and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, content creation, and community development, with a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve platform goals.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in software integration, project management, and web-based learning management systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Engage Spaces software.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Docs, project management software (e.g. Asana), and Gmail.
