About the Role

Catholic Christian Outreach is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of our digital platform. As the Platform Development Manager, you will be responsible for bringing our online system to completion, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we create the right system that meets the needs of our campus ministry, parish & diocesan clients, and our alumni.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for the creation and launch of our digital platform.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the platform meets the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to share the vision of the platform and report on progress.
  • Create a plan and systems for regular updates to capitalize on the ever-growing potential of the platform.
  • Establish proper maintenance structures to ensure optimal performance of the system.
  • Build a new team within the Formation department from the ground up, including seeking the right people to join your team to continue the work of expanding the platform and its capabilities.
  • Manage additional team members added to the Platform team as the platform grows.
Requirements
  • Previous project management experience, including contribution to the creative vision, development and execution of a project plan to achieve the overall vision and meet deliverable targets.
  • 5 years of experience with Catholic Christian Outreach's methods and materials is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability of creative problem solving and a passion for innovation.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external to the relevant organization.
  • Experience in software integration, project management and/or web-based learning management systems is preferred.
  • Experience with Engage Spaces software is valuable.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with Excel, Google Docs, project management software (ex. Asana), and Gmail is an asset.
  • Ability to work well in a team or independently.
Working Conditions

Normal office conditions with some travel.
