Executive Secretary to Senior Management

We are seeking an experienced Executive Secretary to join our team at MANREET TRUCKING LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior management, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Job SummaryThe Executive Secretary will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating tasks to office support staff as needed.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Implementing new administrative procedures
- Reviewing and evaluating existing administrative procedures
- Delegating tasks to office support staff
- Establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carrying out administrative activities of the establishment
- Coordinating and planning office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assisting in the preparation of the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
- Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Performing data entry
- Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures
- Resolving conflict situations
- Planning and controlling budget and expenditures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Secretary
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
