About the Role

The Senior Executive Coordinator is a key partner to the Vice President, supporting complex projects that drive our division's success. This role involves coordinating processes, synthesizing information, and preparing impactful presentations while ensuring all divisional documents are clear, concise, and up-to-date.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Vice President with meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
  • Support the preparation and administration of the Division's annual plan, including data compilation and budget tracking.
  • Lead project meetings and use tools to develop solutions and update reports.
  • Analyze policies, procedures, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the division's goals, objectives, strategies, and work plans.
  • Enter, track, and retrieve a variety of statistical, budgetary, and related data from online systems, schedule and perform downloads of information, and create and/or prepare a variety of complex reports.
  • Respond to requests for information from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in administration providing support to senior leadership.
  • Experience working on computers with software packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Outlook.
  • Experience working with word processing, spreadsheets, presentation programs, and databases.
  • Experience using different business improvement methodologies (project management, process mapping, performance measurement).

Salary Range

The salary for this position ranges from $64,000 to $82,000 annually.
