Saskatchewan Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager to lead our culinary team.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced chef to join our team as we continue to grow and expand our operations. As an Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.
You will work closely with our kitchen staff to develop new menus, train employees, and maintain high standards of quality and consistency. Your expertise in inventory management, supply chain logistics, and budgeting will also be essential in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the culinary team, including sous chefs, line cooks, and other support staff.

- Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff on cooking techniques, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Demonstrated experience as a senior chef or executive chef in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Proven track record of leading teams, managing budgets, and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, health codes, and sustainability practices.
