Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional administrative and reception support in the Richmond office, both in person and over the phone.
- Support the Counselling & Trauma, Victim Services, and FSEAP Programs in Richmond, including administrative, clerical, and basic financial tasks.
- Use excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor to create a positive experience for clients, staff, and visitors.
- Flexible scheduling
- Starting at three weeks' vacation for full-time staff

- Three years of office coordination experience and administrative experience
- Previous experience working in a non-profit is an asset
- Fluent in English & Chinese
- Passionate about the Counselling, Trauma & Victim Services Programs, and supporting marginalized populations
- Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccination status will be required
