Ryder Systems, a leading provider of logistics and transportation solutions, is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Specialist to join their team.

As a Logistics Operations Specialist at Ryder Systems, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and transportation operations. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving inbound materials, processing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and have a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be proficient in using technology to manage data entry, track shipments, and maintain records.

We offer a competitive salary of $42,500 - $47,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Receive and process inbound shipments, ensuring accurate data entry and timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, performing regular cycle counts and reconciliations
  • Process shipments, including preparing documentation and communicating with customers
  • Identify and resolve shipping issues, working closely with carriers and customers to ensure timely resolution

**Requirements:**

  • H.S. diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • One (1) year or more administrative experience preferred
  • Five (5) years or more relevant experience strongly recommended

**Work Environment:**

  • Working hours: 3:00pm to 11:00pm, Monday to Friday, with possible overtime on weekends

Salary Range: $42,500 - $47,000 per year
