About the Role

At Ryder System, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Logistics Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operational functions, making independent decisions related to material availability and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive inbound material into MGO, ensuring correct data entry following specific procedures outlined
  • Complete material adjustments in MGO to ensure integrity of inventory levels
  • Document any and all receipts/adjustments made to the MGO system to ensure clear transparency of any changes made
  • Initiate and follow up with Carrier Claims situations, including working with the customer to ensure all pertinent information is included for filing
  • Set up Premium shipments for various groups around the plant and provide clear communication to various parties surrounding shipments
  • Work with Dangerous Goods/TIB shipments and assist in audits as required, ensuring proper procedures and documentation is adhered to
  • Maintain ILM requirements with all copies of receipts/material adjustments made
  • Maintain groups list of contact information and ensure valid contacts are available

Requirements
  • H.S. diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • One (1) year or more administrative experience preferred
  • Five (5) years or more relevant experience strongly recommended
