Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Reliance Kitchen Cabinets Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Ensure the efficient functioning of our office by coordinating administrative tasks, managing supplies, and maintaining inventory controls.
  • Budgeting and Finance: Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain accurate financial records to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Human Resources: Supervise 1-2 employees and provide guidance on administrative procedures and policies.
  • Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to promote positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
