Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at 1367540 B.C. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service department, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Service Operations: Manage the preparation, presentation, and service of food to ensure that it meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of food service staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control costs to ensure that we are operating within budget.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure that customers have a positive experience in our food service department.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food service operations.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced food service environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation.
