Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth and strategy for our organization at Travelodge Lethbridge. In this role, you will be responsible for developing policies that align with our business objectives.

  • • Develop and implement policies to drive business growth
  • • Supervise staff and students to ensure effective execution of tasks
  • • Administer programs to improve operational efficiency
  • • Perform administrative tasks to support business operations
  • • Plan and develop venture capital sources to fuel growth initiatives
  • • Prepare comprehensive reports to inform business decisions

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Evaluate customer service and store environments to ensure exceptional experiences
  • • Develop social and economic profiles of our target market
  • • Create a portfolio of marketing materials to showcase our brand
Supervision and Work Environment

You will lead a team of 1-2 people and work in an English-speaking environment. Your standard working hours will be 40 hours per week.
