Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical strategy and delivery of Oracle PeopleSoft HCM suite (HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation) and Oracle Fusion (Payroll, Core HR, Recruitment)
  • Drive architectural decisions and integration strategies across multiple HCM modules
  • Manage complex program initiatives impacting mission-critical HR and payroll systems
  • Develop and maintain roadmaps for platform modernization and enhancement
  • Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with HR operational needs
  • Oversee budget, resource planning, and risk management for multiple concurrent workstreams

About You

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in technical program management with Oracle HCM solutions. A deep understanding of PeopleSoft HCM modules and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion implementations are essential for this role.
