Role & Responsibilities:

Reporting & Documentation:

- Develop comprehensive progress reports to track project milestones and performance.
- Prepare detailed earned value management (EVM) reports, highlighting variances and performance indices.
- Produce technical cost monitoring and forecasting reports, ensuring accurate financial tracking.

Scheduling:

- Create and maintain project schedules, identifying critical paths and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to address scheduling conflicts and provide updated timelines.

Cost Management:

- Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring alignment with financial forecasts.
- Analyze cost trends and variances, proposing corrective actions as needed.

Risk Analysis:

- Perform risk assessments, identifying potential challenges and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Maintain a risk register and update stakeholders regularly on potential impacts.
- Coordinate and collect data with respect to any risks identified by internal teams or within project Risk Registers.

Estimating:

- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates for project activities and resources.
- Ensure that estimates are accurate and consistent with industry standards.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate and coordinate with all project teams to collect relevant data required for the Monthly reports or any specialist reports as directed by the client.

Qualifications / Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in project controls, reporting, or a related field. Proven track record in supporting large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
- Strong understanding of earned value management (EVM) principles.
- Skilled in developing technical reports and documentation.
- Certifications: PMP, CCP, or other relevant certifications preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in technical writing and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.
