Job OverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced Customer Experience Associate to join our South Centre store team on a part-time basis. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service, fostering a fun and supportive culture, and contributing to the success of our store.
Key ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:
- Providing individualised customer service, ensuring every customer has a premium experience
- Fostering a positive team environment, promoting open communication, and embracing diversity
- Maintaining high presentation standards, creating engaging in-store displays, and ensuring visual merchandising meets company standards
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals, driving business results, and supporting initiatives to increase revenue
