Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Alliance Trade & Commerce. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, studying market research and trends, and developing and implementing marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless execution of business activities.
- Market Research: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase sales.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
- Marketing/Marketing Management, General: Proven experience in marketing and marketing management
