Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless execution of business activities.
  • Market Research: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase sales.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
  • Marketing/Marketing Management, General: Proven experience in marketing and marketing management.
