Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Alliance Trade & Commerce. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in planning and organizing daily operations, studying market research and trends, and developing and implementing marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and effective execution of tasks
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and sales principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
