Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Alliance Trade & Commerce. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in planning and organizing daily operations, studying market research and trends, and developing and implementing marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and effective execution of tasks
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
- Strong knowledge of marketing and sales principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
