RFP Analyst, Investment Management Specialist

The RFP Analyst will provide critical support to our client service channels, assisting with business development initiatives, compiling data, and responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs). This role will also involve collaborating with the Client Service team to ensure accurate and timely client reporting, including Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs).
Key Responsibilities- Respond to information requests from clients, prospects, and consultants, including RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and other qualitative or quantitative information.
- Maintain the content management system (Expedience), ensuring updates from subject matter experts (SMEs) are incorporated and Compliance revisions are promptly reflected.
- Audit and maintain all qualitative and quantitative information on consultant databases (eVestment, Morningstar, etc.).
- Work on ad-hoc projects to optimize workflows and facilitate business development initiatives.
- Previous experience as an RFP analyst is mandatory.
- Post-secondary education in business, finance, or marketing is required.
- Experience in the investment management industry with similar responsibilities is essential.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently are necessary.
- Familiarity with consultant databases (eVestment, Morningstar, etc.) and RFP response software (Expedience, Loopio, RFP360, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong personal initiative, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude is essential.
