About the Role

The RFP Analyst will provide business development assistance to the client service channels, compiling quantitative and qualitative data to respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), and assist the Client Service team in client reporting such as Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and ensure data accuracy on Consultant Databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to information requests from clients, prospects, and consultants, including RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and other requests for qualitative or quantitative information.
  • Maintain the content management system (Expedience), including periodically requesting updates from subject matter experts (SMEs) and ensuring Compliance and other SME revisions of content are promptly reflected.
  • Audit and maintain all qualitative and quantitative information on consultant databases (eVestment, Morningstar, etc.).
  • Work on ad-hoc projects to facilitate and optimize workflows.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an RFP analyst is mandatory.
  • Post-secondary education in business, finance, or marketing.
  • Experience in the investment management industry with similar responsibilities is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and multi-task under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with consultant databases (eVestment, Morningstar, etc.) is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with RFP response software (Expedience, Loopio, RFP360, etc.) is preferred.
  • Strong personal initiative combined with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with plenty of initiative and a positive, can-do attitude.
