About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled RFP Analyst to join our team at Beutel, Goodman & Company Ltd. as a Business Development Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide business development assistance to client service channels by compiling quantitative and qualitative data to respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Assist the Client Service team in client reporting, including Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and ensure the accuracy of Business Group (BG) data on Consultant Databases.
  • Maintain the content management system (Expedience), including requesting updates from subject matter experts (SMEs) and ensuring Compliance and other SME revisions are promptly reflected.
  • Audit and maintain all qualitative and quantitative information on consultant databases (eVestment, Morningstar, etc.).
  • Work on ad-hoc projects to facilitate and optimize workflows.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an RFP analyst is mandatory.
  • Post-secondary education in business, finance, or marketing.
  • Experience in the investment management industry with similar responsibilities is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and multi-task under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with consultant databases (eVestment, Morningstar, etc.) is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with RFP response software (Expedience, Loopio, RFP360, etc.)
