Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping and Financial Administrator to join our team at Trader Tax Inc.

About the Role

This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and have the ability to work accurately under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain general ledgers, financial statements, and ensure accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare cheques for payroll, calculate fixed assets and depreciation, post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and prepare trial balance of books.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare tax returns, statistical, financial, and accounting reports as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience in bookkeeping and financial administration an asset.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary and Benefits
