Bilingual Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Trainer to join our team at Commissionaires Ottawa. As a Bilingual Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training courses to participants in security-related fields.
Key Responsibilities- Training Design and Delivery: Develop and deliver classroom and virtual-based training courses to meet the needs of our clients.
- Course Administration: Ensure all aspects of course administration are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Training Aids and Materials: Develop and create job aids and training materials to support the learning process.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Assess trainee progress and skills acquisition through the development of appropriate assessment tools.
- Client Training: Deliver training to external client organizations as required.
- Education: College diploma in Training and Development, HR Management, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
- Experience: Proven experience in training design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize and coordinate projects, and excellent customer service skills.
- Certifications: CTP or CTDP designation is considered an asset.
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 per year.
