Responsibilities include providing pre-sales and post-sales support, as well as customer education for Image Guided Therapy Device products.
# Deliver hands-on training focused on image interpretation and clinical configurations related to IVUS and FFR.
# Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams throughout the sales and implementation phases.
# Conduct ongoing support and workflow analysis for end-user clinicians to ensure effective product utilization.
# Assist with customer presentations, demonstrations, trials, and educational events that emphasize clinical and technical aspects.
Required qualifications include certification and registration in good standing as a Nurse or medical radiation technologist in any Canadian province.
# A minimum of 2 years' experience in catheterization labs, interventional suites, or vascular operating rooms is essential.
# At least 3 years of clinical experience in the modality or equivalent as a field application specialist is required.
# Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and experience with software installation and configuration are necessary.
# Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required for effective communication with clients.
Familiarity with guide wires, scoring balloons, and pressure wires is considered an asset.
# Knowledge and experience in adult education and training delivery techniques are beneficial.
# Strong critical thinking and project management skills are essential.
# Flexibility for extensive travel, including overnight stays and weekend travel, is expected.
