We are looking for a Bilingual Group Benefits Specialist to enhance our administrative team. The Bilingual Group Benefits Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and customer service support for Voluntary Life Insurance Plans, ensuring the effective management and execution of Group Life Insurance Plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process applications, death claims, deposits, and waivers.
  • Conduct database maintenance to ensure accuracy.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date and precise database information.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and French is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in both official languages.
  • Strong data entry capabilities and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to follow established company policies and procedures.
