Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Central Community Church is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join our Operations department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all HR aspects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staffing: Oversee and maintain all staff contracts and files, including job descriptions, salary adjustments, and personnel files.
  • Hiring and Orientation: Coordinate the hiring and onboarding process, including postings, interviews, and training.
  • Exit Process: Ensure proper exit procedures are followed and documented, including termination and severance letters.
  • Staff Reviews: Organize and implement yearly staff reviews, ensuring compliance with executive team requirements.
  • Conflict Resolution: Provide support and guidance to staff members, working to resolve conflicts and improve workplace relationships.
Requirements:
  • University degree or college diploma in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Human Resources Management.
  • Human Resources Professional designation required.
