About the Role

As a Senior Customer Segments Manager at S.i. Systems, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of initiatives that drive accelerated growth of priority segments, specifically Newcomers to Canada. This involves analyzing market, competitor, and customer information to develop compelling value propositions that attract and retain priority segment customers.

The Customer Segments team is responsible for defining, developing, and executing cross-functional customer-centric strategies that drive personal banking acquisitions and retention. You will work closely with sales teams to ensure a flawless go-to-market approach and collaborate with product, marketing, process, digitization, risk, sales, and analytics teams to bring the segment's value proposition to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling value propositions for the segment, considering customer needs, competitive landscape, and profitability

• Evaluate and report on competitor group banking programs to understand positioning, pricing, strengths, and weaknesses

• Identify and develop partnerships to grow the priority segment portfolio and support customers with relevant value adds

• Execute key events focusing on Newcomers to Canada, working seamlessly with cross-functional teams

• Partner with Marketing, Customer Analytics, Customer Care, and Sales teams to analyze business and marketing data to identify key drivers, mechanics, and dependencies for driving conversion, product adoption, retention, and cross-sell

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant Strategy, Consulting, and/or Product Management roles in banking or customer-focused industries

• Experience in developing and executing customer strategies and value propositions, particularly those requiring coordination and project management across the organization with multiple stakeholders

• Strong quantitative skills with the ability to analyze issues, consolidate learning, and develop strategies

• Ability to impact, influence, and lead diverse and cross-functional groups; experienced change agent

• Excellent relationship development and management skills
