We are looking for an experienced Customer Segment Portfolio Manager to lead our efforts in growing priority segment portfolios and developing effective customer strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven decision making and collaboration with various lines of business.

Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute customer segment strategies to drive growth and retention.
2. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on business objectives.
5. Identify and implement best practices in customer segmentation and data analysis.

Requirements
1. 3-5 years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, or Product Management roles within banking or customer-focused industries.
2. Strong background in the banking industry.
3. Expertise in developing and executing customer strategies and value propositions.
4. Experience with customer segmentation, customer intelligence, and market research.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to deploy meaningful tactics.
