Multilingual Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Multilingual Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and French and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in both English and French.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Maintain and update office records and databases.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and French is required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
