This is a full-time position that requires a caring and dynamic individual who enjoys challenges and teamwork. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll provide superior customer service, handle multiple files simultaneously, and demonstrate thoroughness and attention to detail.

• Welcome clients/patients and other visitors, both on the telephone and at the reception desk for readaptation and medical clinic
• Promote the company and the quality of treatments offered to clients
• Ensure the effective application of the company's operational procedures
• Schedule and confirm appointments; manage the schedules of various stakeholders
• Create new files and classify them; perform general filing
• Input various patient/client data into the computer system
• Invoice and collect payments for visits

The estimated salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous vacation plan.
