Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Evaluate and review existing procedures to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments and ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
