Job Overview

At Propfit Inc., we are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Manager to oversee our administrative operations. This is a senior-level role that requires exceptional organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a strong attention to detail.

About the Role

This position is responsible for planning, administering, and controlling budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for interviewing, hiring, and providing training for staff, as well as preparing reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee salaries and benefits.
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees, maintaining accurate financial records and reconciliations.
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost management.
  • Interview, hire, and provide training for staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5 years or more of experience in executive administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
