About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients with a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the achievement of customer experience goals.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new ideas and solutions to improve customer experience.
- Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of our products and services, including our banking capabilities and advice offerings.
Requirements:
- High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
- Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field is an asset.
