About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to standardized operating procedures and industry regulations.
  • Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet assigned business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Connect with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.
  • Support the team by respecting colleagues and staying dedicated to shared goals.

Requirements

  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong administration, organizational, and time management skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet.
  • A go-getter who can exercise initiative and be accurate and detail-oriented to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills who can connect with different people in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
