Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Athabasca Hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the kitchen team and ensure efficient food preparation and service
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase local and seasonal ingredients
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
  • Train and mentor junior staff members
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a head chef or executive chef
  • Proven track record of menu development and implementation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
