Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Haldi Fine Indian Cuisine. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Monitor and control food costs and inventory
  • Collaborate with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of success in kitchen management and leadership
  • Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
