Investment Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Investment Operations Specialist to join our team at TEKsystems. As an Investment Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' wealth management and asset management businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Process and reconcile investment transactions, including mutual funds, ETFs, and segregated funds.
- Provide end-to-end support for clients' investment products, including term investments and savings products.
- Deliver operational processes and provide after-sales support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal business support groups to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve issues and problems in a timely manner, escalating as required.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to execute work and fulfill service delivery expectations.
- Top 5 Banking Operations Experience or Financial Services Operations Experience, ideally in wealth management or investments in a back-office environment.
- MS Office proficiency, including Excel, Word, PPT, and Teams.
