Accounts Payable Clerk Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at CB Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Match and batch code invoices
  • Resolve A/P issues
  • Process expense reports
  • Update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L
  • Process checks
Requirements:
  • AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar
  • Prior experience in an A/P role
  • Command of expense reports
  • Check Runs experience highly desired
  • Process Expense Reports experience
  • Accounts Payable (AP) experience
  • Account reconciliation experience
  • Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with spreadsheets and databases
