We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at CB Canada. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing and reconciling financial transactions, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and credits
  • Manage vendor relationships, including communication and resolution of issues
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, including verification of payment terms and conditions
  • Perform data entry and record-keeping tasks, including updating financial records and reports
  • Assist with financial analysis and reporting, including preparation of financial statements and reports
Requirements:
  • AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in financial software and systems, including spreadsheets and databases
